This off-dry, cloudy rosé from Texas Hill Country is a bit of an anomaly in the world of Texan wine. A blend of Sangiovese, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Trebbiano, and with red berry, citrus peel, and an herbaceous, yet subtly sweet finish. This is extremely food friendly, and perfect for charcuterie, fresh summer salads, and a cheese plate.
