Tasting Notes

The Chenin Blanc for this wine comes from 2 different parcels: “Clos des Jasnières” and “La Gidonière.” The vines were planted between 1900 and 1935 and are situated on the highest part of the slope, above the nose, or “nez” of the tuffeau rock formation.
