Tasting Notes

Gamay from two parcels in the plot ‘Le Côteau des Chanoriers’ comprising less than 1 hectare total at 310 meters elevation. 50 year old vines planted to grantic soils. Hand-harvested, carbonic maceration without sulfites. Fermentation with natural yeasts. Aged 9 months on lees in vats.
