This blend of Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Moscatel comes from a once abandoned vineyard in Tecate. It is hand-harvested, and fermented with wild yeast in amphora, and see 3 months of skin contact. It is unfined, unflitered, and sees no additional sulphur.
