Stori is the project of four friends who founded this winery on the outskirts of Telavi, Kakheti. This beautiful and fertile valley provides the grapes which they source for their wines. All handpicked, made with as little intervention as possible, and qvevri aged for 6 months, these are classic Georgian whites. Dried apricot, dried garrigue, black tea, and a lovely tannic structure highlight the traditional Kartvelian winemaking. Pair this with Satsivi for a perfect, and elegant dinner.
