The low yields in this vintage forced Alice and Olivier de Moor to blend these two parcels together, as there was not enough to vinify separately. Unfined, unfiltered, and no sulphur was added at any point. A concentrated white that underwent malolactic fementation, no battonage, and no lees stirring. Pair with scallops in yuzu sauce.
