The Kiedrich Gräfenberg vineyard is situated on a steep, southwest-facing slope in a protected side valley. The phyllite, loess, and loam soils provide plenty of mineral richness to the wine, while offering superb drainage. All harvested by hand, and the protected microclimate allows for long hang time on the vines, the winery does up to 17 passes through the vineyard. Rich in stone fruit, spice, and stony minerality, this medium-bodied white wine is vinified dry. Pair with Maultaschen.
