A Willamette Valley Pinot Noir from a family-owned estate that eschews most modern conveniences and strives for simple and sustainable winemaking practices. Fermentation is 20% whole cluster, maceration for 24 days, and the wine spends 10 months in 90% used oak. This dry red has red fruit, warm spice aromas, and is medium-bodied. Pair with pork stewed with white beans.
