Tasting Notes

This Domaine is situated in the heart of la Combe de Savoie, and all vineyards have a southern orientation. The soils are limestone, and the altitude is 300 meters on average. This Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel, undergoes malolactic fermentation, and battonage is performed twice per week. This dry white is fruit-forward, with medium body, roundness, and dairy notes. Pair with baked fish dishes, or roasted poultry.
