A blend of Riesling, Vermentino, and Viognier from the unsung climes of Southern Oregon, this dry skin-contact white is a standout. Aromatic, fresh, and structured, it is nonetheless restrained and vibrant. It is whole cluster-pressed, fermented in used oak barrels, and aged on the skins in amphorae. Pair with Pacific salmon and roasted squash.
