Champagne Charles Mignon is a family-owned and operated in the often proclaimed capital of Champagne, Epernay. The estate has been at the pinnacle of biodynamic winemaking for over 20 years, but their dedication to the under-appreciated variety of Pinot Meunier is what first introduced me to Champagne Mignon. This rosé fresh and vibrant, with deep notes of cranberry and grapefruit zest. The 24 months of bottle maturity hints at apricot jam and brings fascinating complexity to this glass. A truly unique, full flavored and memorable Champagne.
