Tasting Notes

Christophe Mignon grows Meunier exclusively at his estate in Le-Mesnil-le-Huttier. Using a combination of biodynamics, lunar cycles, and homeopathy he very carefully raises his vines on his own terms. This dry rosé Champagne is citrus forward with a hint of red fruit. Disgorged in 2018, and with .6g/L dosage.Pair with mussels escabeche.
