A blend of cider apples including Winesap, York Imperial, Empire, Ben Davis, Winter Banana, and some unknown varieities. The orchard was dry-farmed, and some of the trees are over 100 years old. Structured, with some residual sugar, this is a frui-forward, yet slightly tannic, acidic cider with a touch of funk. Pair this with roasted pork and apples.
