From a very traditional quinta, this blend of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, and Touriga Nacional is sourced from 80 year-old vines. Partially destemmed fruit is fermented in lugar, then is aged for 8 months in stainless steel. Another 17 months of oak barrel aging, a portion of which is new, happens before bottling. These reserve bottles have been held back for release now. Pair this dry, structured, tannic red with steak and grilled sausages.
