Gaillac, "Croix d'Azal", Dom. Philémon - 2020

Item # 45222 750mL

Braucol, also known as Fer Servadou, is a variety native to Gaillac, and produces a dark, structured dry red that is earthy and smoky. This may look like a sparkling wine, but it is indeed still. The Vieules are a 7th generation winemaking family who know how to work vines in this warm climate. Pair with bulgogi.
