An amber wine from the Tale Feathers Vineyard, the vines for this Pinot Gris were planted in 2003. The wine is fermented, and spends 8 months on the skins. A further 10 weeks are spent in used oak barrels, and this tannic skin-contact white has aromas of savory dried herbs, dried stone fruits, and black tea. Pair with scallops and wild rice stew.
