Tasting Notes

From 40 year old vines, this Chardonnay and Savagnin blend spends 2 days on the skins. It then ages for one month is amphora, before spending 1 year aging on the lees. Medium-bodied and with citrus and stone fruit aromas, this fresh and lively pairs well with a Comté and leek tart.
