Julie and Mathieu Marfisi both returned home to Corsica to take the winery over from their father after stints working on mainland France. This is entirely Niellucciu from the parcels of Gritole and Ravagnola, both planted on limestone soils. This is a light-bodied dry red with light tannins, and lots of fresh red fruit. Pair with Corsican veal with olives.
