Buzet is still an obscure corner of France, but the traditional varities grown there-Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot-are all world famous. East of Bordeaux, Domaine du Pech make traditional wines and many, such as this, are quite long-lived. Pair with brisket braised in coffee.
