A light yet firm red wine from Argentina that's made from 90 year old vine Criolla Chica grapes. From a single parcel, La Totora. Thirty percent of the grapes are spontaneously fermented whole cluster. Aged 8 months in concrete egg vessels followed by a year in bottle. The Criolla Chica grape is known as the Mission variety in the US and as Listán Prieto in Spain as its origins are from Iberia.
