Blanc de Gris, "Gris Gris", Mas des Caprices - 2022

Item # 46323 750mL

From the idyllic Mediterranean coast comes this seafood-friendly dry white. Made entirely of Grenache Gris, the vines overlook the sea from atop a cliff. The marine influence extends to the palate, with a stony, saline presence intermingling with the fruit. Fermented and aged in concrete eggs, pair this maritime white with stewed mussels and scallops with scallion butter.
