Christian and Olivier Porte are two brothers who make one of South America's most southerly wines. They planted the original Pinot Noir vineyard in the Osorno Valley about 20 years ago, and have since expanded due to their great success. This lighter-bodied dry red is full of life, with red fruits, licorice, spice and herbs aplenty. Pair this with lamb in barberry sauce.
