Tasting Notes

Sanford & Benedict is one of the oldest and most iconic vineyards in Souther California, and Chardonnay was planted here in 1971. From shale, loam, and clay soils, Arnot-Roberts craft Old World-style wines with a California twist. Fermented in stainless steel, it undergoes malolactic and aged for 1 year in neutral oak. Pair this dry white with fish pibil.
