François Morissette trained in Burgundy, and makes some of the most interesting wines in Canada. This 100% Chardonnay is from the High Home vineyard in the Creek Shores appellation. Whole-cluster pressed, and aged in both old foudre and concrete, this medium-bodied dry white is fruit-froward and herbaceous. Pair with cretons on crusty bread.
