Case Basse is an estate growing entirely Sangiovese in the northwest of Montalcino. Gianfranco Soldera is an icon of Sangiovese, and his wines are exemplary of the winemaking of Montalcino since the '70s. This structured and full-bodied dry red is kept in Slavonian oak for 45 months before bottling. Pair with peposo.
