Tasting Notes

The 2nd wine of Château Rieussec adheres to the same standards and rigorous selection as the 1st. Ripe citrus always dominates on the nose, while a luscious honeyed texture that lies gently across the palate. An elegant companion to fresh cheeses and fruit. This soft Sauternes has spent 18 months in barrel and 2009 was a beautifully warm vintage.
