Weingut Tement is a family-run winery with vineyards located in Südsteiermark (southern Styria) directly on the border with Slovenia. Armin and his father Manfred, who founded the estate in 1979, handcraft some of the most highly acclaimed wines. This Sauvignon Blanc was fermented with native yeasts, aged on the lees then bottled with the first, slightest addition of sulphur. Luxurious on the palate and clearly a Sauvignon Blanc with a structure and density that could age marvelously.
