Tasting Notes

Made from pre-phylloxera rootstock of Shiraz. Aged in new French and American oak barrels before bottling. A very rich combination of plum, prune, blackberry, licorice, chocolate, cedar and mint. The rich, complex palate is lush, dense and concentrated with layers of flavours and textures. Drinking well now but will age for many years to come.
