It is currently 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside and I am longing for the cool days of the coming fall. Last night I got back to my apartment, cranked up the AC and made myself the ultimate Grasshopper. It isn't the standard variation, but according to my own specifications and fantasy. Delusional Grasshopper: 1 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao 1 oz Tempus Fugit Crème de Menthe 1 oz cream 1/2 oz Cognac Stir with some ice until well chilled, and strain into a cocktail coupe. This isn't green, and I am unapologetic about this.
