After spending over a decade living in Mexico and studying its history and absorbing its culture French native Sophie Decobecq followed her passion, created her own tequila brand and has quickly become one of the industry's sensations. Using her background in chemistry, engineering and mastery of fermentation she has been on a quest to create the most full flavored, smoothest tequila in the world. The Reposado is aged for a minimum of eight months in used, well seasoned American Oak barrels. Notes include a persistant core of agave flavors rounded out with notes of clarified butter, white pepper, lemon zest, tropical flowers and honey. Clean, pure, polished and incredibly easy drinking this is ridiculously good tequila.
