Rye has seen a great resurgence in popularity the past couple years. Not only are more people substituting Rye in cocktails but more people are drinking it neat as well. If you aren’t doing the same all I can say is, “What on Earth are you doing?!” Canadian Club has made a lean and refreshing Rye. The nose and palate are full of green apples covered in caramel and garnished with popped grains. It’s a Swiss army knife whisky for newbies and connoisseurs alike. Drink it neat or make a lip smacking Highball. With the price a smidgen above $20 there’s really no excuse for you non-Rye drinkers anymore.
