A Korean Campari? Well kind of. This seasonal release is made with the red Korean berry known as omija and distilled to a higher more traditional proof. The earthy grain driven flavors of the rice are still there but more as a supporting player to the forward bittersweet flavors of goji, cranberry, raspberry and currants. Great as an aperitif on ice, in a long drink and cocktails. Limited quantities available.
