Tasting Notes

Named for the famed Scottish bard who will forever be tied to the great water of life, the aromas and flavors here are evocative enough to inspire more than a few stanzas of awe and appreciation. For an island malt, the whisky is surprisingly delicate, refined and focused with bright fruit and floral flavors. Notes include white peach, mulberry, green apricot, coconut, heather and sweet grass.
