The rum itself is a blend of 100% pot still rums from Clarendon and Long Pond. Aged for 1-3yr on the Continent and in ex-Bourbon casks and bottled at 86 proof with zero sugar added. The rum is incredibly fragrant and showing impressive complexity for a spirit that is still very youthful with notes that range from the tropical, spicy and funky. Perfect for your mixing delight but the aromas are so interesting we also love to throw a cube of ice in a glass and nose and sip it with admiration.
