Tasting Notes

A mysterious dram from an elusive distillery that has been shrouded in the blends of Chivas for two generations. After its official founding in 1959, there were some initial single malt releases from the distiller's stocks but since those early days, even independent bottlings have virtually been non-existent. There are rumours of a revival for this distillery as a stand alone malt. In the meantime we have this single bottle from the Veronelli cellar we esitmarte dating to the 1970s. Presented in its original gift tin, the bottle itself is almost like new while the tin has is holding up although it has seen some wear from the decades in cellar.
