Tasting Notes

Very rare cherry eau de vie from an old French producer that was one of the best of their day but no longer available. This bottle has spent decades in the legendary Veronelli cellar in Bergamo and aside from some natural label staining from the decades in cellar it is in remarkable shape with a perfetc fill and intact closure and original tax stamp. Based near the border with Germany, the production of eau de vie was something sacred to this producer, approached as an artform and deep respect for nature. A special bottle.
