Tansy, the perennial herbaceous plant with tiny bud like yellow flowers, or Arquebuse as it is known in Piedmont, has been the base for bitter herbal elixirs going back over a century. In one of the rarer bottlings we've seen from this late great legend of all things grappa, Romano Levi has infused this full proof grappa with a cutting of the plant.
