Tasting Notes

The opening notes are grassy and malty with light fruit and fragrant heather. At full proof it is a little closed with some heat at first and can use a healthy dose of water. With that some additional flavors rise from the depths with notes of fresh banana, clover honey, dried apricots, coconut, toffee, vanilla and a finish of spicy herbs and pepper. The texture is satinesque and gorgeous on the palate, pristine even with the heat. Bottled non-chill filtered with natural color only.
