Tasting Notes

The first impression is that the primary, fresh flowers and fruits of the younger expressions have come fully into season. It's peak spring in the glass with a heather, bee pollen and deep orchard fruits in the air. Underlying it all are rich undertones of whole spices, dark chocolate, sweet morels in Madeira sauce, savory dried herbs and a finish of spicy tobacco.
