Made from a mash of 80% organic, non GMO local NY corn and 20% UK malted barley, this unique Bourbon mash is fermented off the grain in open air vats that come in contact with wild ambient yeasts before being distilled in the custom Forsyth pot stills from Scotland. Aged for a minimum of 2yrs, the whiskey is bottled un-chill filtered. From NYC's first whiskey distillery since Prohibition.
