Staff Pick Notes
New York Distilling Co recently launched a new, limited edition gin, Dorothy Parker Rose Petal Flavored Gin, as part of the "Brooklyn Series." This new offering uses the same elderberry backbone as it's big sister Dorothy Parker New York Gin, but this time swaps out the hibiscus for rose petal.
Juniper, coriander, green cardamom, cinnamon, lemon peel and orange peel are also featured botanicals. This is clearly not leaning toward the heavy on the juniper London Dry style, this is soft, delicate, floral, fruit forward and just plain delightful.
Enjoy simply in a gin & tonic, on it's own, or get your creative juices flowing for a rosy take on a quarantini or a
Brooklyn Local Martini.
