Tasting Notes

Made from barley grown on the Dunmore Farm by farmer John Tynan in County Laois, Ireland. Aged for a minimum of 3yrs in a combination of 33% first fill US oak, 18% virgin US oak, 25% premium French oak and 24% Vin Doux Naturel.
