A new benchmark in American whiskey. Made from a sour mash of 64% corn, 21% floor malted rye (at the distillery) & 15% Abruzzi Heritage Rye, fermented with a percent of wild indigenous yeasts in open top vats, pot distilled and barreled at a lower than average proof and aged in natural earthen floor rickhouses. This is distinctive, expertly made absolutely delicious Bourbon.
A recent tasting reminded us of notes of milk chocolate caramels, wild berries, lemon ginger tea, fresh picked autumn apples, floral hops and crisp oak spices.
