Zuzu Passion Fruit Sparkling Agave Cocktail

Item # 44220

Founded by longtime friends and veterans in the food world, with a focus on sustainability and transparency, Ali Schmidt and Greta Caruso founded Zuzu with a mind towards making balanced, easy to enjoy cocktails with zero additives or artificial ingredients that are still packed with serious flavor. We were blown away by their initial efforts including the agave spirit based Calamansi Lime here. The Passion Fruit utilizes the five ingredients of the Calamansi with the addition of unfiltered Passion Fruit puree. Seriously delicious. Very highly recommended. Since all the ingredients are natural, there may be some natural tasty sediment that settles. Not to worry, simply shake up the drink to integrate and enjoy! Sold as a 4pk of 250mls glass bottles.

Staff Pick Notes

What's not to love about ready-to-drink cocktails? No muss, no fuss, and picnic ready. This new line of sparkling cocktails from Zuzu, however, takes it to another level. Co-founders Ali Schmidt and Greta Caruso come from the culinary world and are passionate about sourcing only the best ingredients. For the Passion fruit cocktail they use just six: 100% agave spirit sourced from Jalisco, passion fruit puree, calamansi lime juice, agave syrup, sea salt, and sparkling water. Spritzy, refreshing, and full of fresh lime and passionfruit, this is the ultimate summer sipper.

Oregon

The largest wine region in Oregon is the Willamette Valley, lying between the cities of Portland and Eugene and home to most of Oregon’s wineries. As it does not have one homogeneous climate, it has been broken up into several different AVAs. In the best of them, the perfect amounts of wind, rain, sun exposure, and altitude combine to give Pinot Noir the warm days and cool nights it needs in order to thrive. Combine that with good drainage and poor soils, and you’ve got the perfect environment...
