Lamata is all about natural spirits driven by the terroir of the regions they are made through the tradtitions carried on by the people who have inhabited these parts of Mexico was many generations. This mezcal was made by Sosimo Jarquin and family in the region of Miahuatlán from Madrecuixe, Bicuixe and Espadin agaves. Made entirely by hand and distilled to proof in the spring of 2016.
