Ever since unearthing the original recipe for the infamous Zombie cocktail back in 2005, it has been a dream of legendary rum historian and bar owner, Jeff "Beachbum" Berry to create his own all in one blend. With the help of Ed Hamilton and the Ministry of Rum, that day has finally come. The trinity of rum styles that are deployed for the classic drink are brought together in one high proof bottle here, making the amount of rum used and the time it takes to build this complex drink fractional compared to the traditional method. The balance and rich flavor of this rum will make it an indispensable ingredient in many other drinks as well. For the time being this is available in limited quantities.

Oh how I love thee Tiki. This blend is a mix of Jamaican, Puerto Rican, and Demerara rums and it shows the traits of all three. Jamaican esters show off banana and clove while the Puerto Rican and Demerara rums contribute baking spice and brown sugar notes. A true Zombie is a thing of beauty.

Beachbum Berry's Zombie recipe:
2oz Hamilton Zombie Blend
3/4 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Falernum
1/2 oz Don's Mix*
8 drops each of Pernod, Grenadine, and Angostura

Blend with Crushed ice for 5 seconds and fill with more ice. Garnish with mint and a paper parasol to keep it classy.

*Don's Mix: 2 parts Grapefruit juice and 1 part cinnamon syrup.
