Using the new make spirit distilled from organic and regeneratively grown corn from a farm in the Finger Lakes as its base, fresh whole brgamot along with a variety of other organic citruses are macerated to the spirit distillate and eventually lightly sweetened. The result is a citrus liqueur that does the job of others only with flavors you've never experienced before.
