There is a new era of experimental cask maturation underway in the Bourbon world and this distillery is on the front lines through their Collaborative Series. This special limited release is comprised of seven and eleven year old Kentucky bourbons that were then finished for eight months in French Oak ex-Cognac casks that previously held the 1er Grande Champagne Cognacs of Maison Ferrand.
