A sleeping giant of a whisky that is quiet at first aromatically, but with time and some water the layers peel back and the concentrated complex flavors ranging from mirabelle plums, sweet tobacco, dark fudge, cloves, brown butter and more reveal themselves with astounding focus and balance. This single malt was aged for seventeen years in a single Amontillado Sherry Butt. Extremely limited availability.
