A whiskey without peer. We knew from day one that this distillery in our own backyard was heading big places but even at this stage the impressiveness of these older releases is hard to overstate. Made from a mash of 80% New York Corn and 20% Malted Barley and distilled on their custom made Forsyths Pot Still. The first year of aging in a shipping container at the Navy Yard in Brooklyn account for the massive angel's share and the outsized flavors for this Bourbon. Bottled from a single barrel. Very limited availability. Highly recommended if you can get it.
