One of the most impressive and impressively versatile liqueurs in our entire book. Made from late harvest local wild blackberries that are slow macerated and sweetened with beet sugar. It is near impossible to draw your self away from the intoxicatingly pure and beautiful aromatics, but this liqueur is best meant for drinks and a little goes a long way in many different potential applications.

Intoxicating and seductive - this is one luxurious liqueur. The perfume alone is so powerful it makes you pause to take it all in. Made by traditional Burgundian producer Jacoulot, an innovator of overlooked spirits in a region known for world class wines and cuisine. The Crème de Mûre is made of hand-harvested, wild blackberries. The fruit is macerated in neutral grape spirit, pressed, and blended into a liqueur, then naturally sweetened with beet sugar. Dark fruit scents on the nose are layered with gentiane, anise, lillies, and musk. Weighty on the palate with a velveteen texture, it has so much dimension. Use it as an accent in cocktails -this would seriously upgrade a Kir Royale- or enhance it's natural flavors over soda.
